By downloading, installing, or using Wedge It ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of the App

Wedge It is a home screen widget application for Android that provides interactive widgets including Tasks, Schedule, Notes, Daily Quotes, and Daily Word. The App is designed to help users organize their daily life directly from their home screen. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wedge It. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App and all its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Wedge It name, logo, design, software, and text — are and will remain the exclusive property of Wedge It and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Any content you create within the App (tasks, notes, schedule entries) remains yours. Since this content is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to us, we make no claim of ownership over it. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of content resulting from device failure, app deletion, or data clearing.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wedge It and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Play). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
